It starts again.
With the start of this blog setup, I am hoping to accomplish a few things.
I want to be able to get to writing here than binge on and be sucked into the latest social media fad (yes, slamming zuck and co. is so passe but it should not go out of fashion).
I am also hoping to use this space to put stuff up about the wonders the wifey whips up in our kitchen or what I attempt to emulate on weekends (non-vegetarian preparations (namely, unfortunately) chicken also comes in my domain).
I hope to also put stuff up on visits to establishments old and new around Jersey City and also the insurmountable challenge that is NYC!
I am excited. I hope this is not another fad for myself. I will try to be diligent with manageable goals.
